I am glad its Monday not sure why but it feels better.
Listening to CARM radio show podcast about Muslims interesting
Still in bed with my laptop
Seems its not too cold today
Appointment with Emma today, hope its does not leave me feeling like last weeks session?
I have been awake since before 5am
Slept in shifts again
Got Benji back in from the garden twice for making too much noise
I really need to go swimming
Will try hard to get to swimming this week
I will add to this later as I get in a more motivated mood?
